Booking Confirmation
- Booking confirmation is subject to availability. Check-in and checkout times are as per the hotel’s policy.
Room Reservation
- Rooms are not reserved until booking is confirmed; this quotation serves as an offer only. Adherence to meal timings as instructed by the hotels is required. We are not liable for any unutilized meals.
Identification Requirement
- Please carry a valid photo ID for airport and hotel check-ins.
Early Check-in and Late Checkout
- Payments for early check-in and late checkout must be settled directly with the hotel.
Alternative Accommodations
- If the original hotels are unavailable, we will provide equivalent or alternative accommodations.
Cost Transparency
- Travels Hub does not charge hidden fees except for lunch and personal expenses. We are not responsible for any additional payments made without our consent during the journey.
Refund Policy
- No refunds will be issued for unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation, sightseeing tours, or any other service due to factors such as bad weather, illness, strikes, roadblocks, or natural calamities.
Customer Support
- During travel, please promptly contact your tour executive for any issues regarding hotels or transportation. Complaints cannot be addressed after your return home.
Meals Policy
- Buffet meals and room service are provided according to hotel policies. Unused items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. No discounts apply after package confirmation.
Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes related to these terms and conditions fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
